Chef Robert Simpson’s culinary background has French roots, but has been refined over a long career and travels about the globe.
Appointed Executive Chef in 2013, Robert’s passion for sourcing the finest of ingredients for his divine culinary creations is evident. Robert is known for taking classic dishes and putting a modern twist on them, and strives to make Blackhawk’s menu and many features rival the best restaurants. Most of all, he enjoys the challenge of satisfying the wide variety of pallets and high expectations of the Blackhawk Membership and their guests.
