Food and Beverage Manager Mirella Boddy and Executive Chef Andrew Fung lead the team of service and culinary professionals that will cater to your every need. Andrew is a graduate of the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, learning under the supervision of Mr. Walter Messliar, former Executive Chef at the White House. Andrew has won numerous awards including his participation in the Gold Medal winning Team Canada at the Culinary World Cup.
Choose from our selection of fixed-price menus or meet with Andrew and Mirella to create your own unique banquet menu. Our clubhouse has space to seat up to 150 guests in comfort and luxury.
