Food and Beverage Manager; Scott Hill and Executive Chef; Andrew Fung lead the team of service and culinary professionals that will cater to your every need. Andrew is a graduate of the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, learning under the supervision of Mr. Walter Messliar, former Executive Chef at the White House. Chef Fung has won numerous awards including a recent 1st Place at the Gold Medal Plates competition here in Edmonton.
